1. General Provisions
1.1. CLIENT — Site Visitor - a person who came to the site monncashmere.com: without the purpose of placing an Order; User - an individual, a visitor to the Site, accepting the terms of the Public Offer posted on the website: monncashmere.com and wishing to place Orders in the Online Store; Buyer - a User who has placed an Order in the Online Store - subjects of personal data.
PERSONAL DATA - information saved in any format, related to a specific or determinable on the basis of such information individual (subject of personal data), which by itself or in combination with other information available to the Online Store allows identifying the identity of the Client.

1.3. This Regulation establishes the procedure for processing the personal data of Clients when selling them Goods.
1.4. The purpose of the Regulation is to ensure the protection of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen when processing his personal data.
1.5. Personal data are processed for the purposes for which they were provided, including: identifying the Site Visitor, registering in the self-service system (personal account), establishing feedback, including sending notifications, requests concerning the provision of services, processing requests and applications from the Site Visitor, determining the location of the Site Visitor to ensure security, prevent fraud, for other purposes in accordance with the accepted Offer of the Seller posted in the Online Store (one of the parties to the Public Offer is the Client) or with the consent of the Site Visitor. 2. Composition and receipt of personal data of Clients
2.1. The personal data collected and processed by the Online Store include: questionnaire data (last name, first name); residential address; email address; contact phone number, as well as information provided by the User independently when registering in the personal account, when placing an order in the Online Store or in the process of using the Site.
2.2. All personal data are received by the Seller's employees directly from the subject of personal data - Clients.
