RETURN

We accept return and exchange on purchases strictly within 7 calendar days after the initial delivery. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

Please note, initial shipping cost and customs fees and charges are non-refundable.

To issue a refund, please follow the steps bellow:

1. Please follow the link to your personal account, select the order and product you are interested in and fill out the return form

2.   After filling out the form, you will receive an email with return waybill and invoice

1. Pack the item to be returned in the branded box it was received  

2. Next, contact the shipping company to set the date and time for the transfer of the parcel or we will set up  a courier for you

3. After we receive the goods at the warehouse, we make a refund within 10 working days

4. Wait for money to be credited to your card. Refunds are made only to the same bank card or PayPal account from which the order was paid
